Parade Safety

I understand nothing may be thrown into the crowd. Handing items directly to individuals along the route is welcome. Throwing anything is not allowed, for everyone's safety. *

As a parade participant, I commit to:

Respectful engagement with attendees. *Not distributing misinformation or harmful materials. *No hate speech or harassment. *No political campaign promotion without prior approval. *Follow the event's safety, media, and conduct policies. *

Affirmations

I affirm that I have NOT participated in policies or practices harmful to:

Lesbian individuals and their rights/safety. *Gay individuals (criminalization, discrimination). *Bisexual individuals (invalidation, erasure). *Transgender individuals (misgendering, access restrictions). *Queer, non-binary, or intersex individuals. *Disseminating misinformation denying LGBTQ+ experiences. *

Participation is free. Signing up just helps us plan a safe, joyful parade for everyone.
