Rocket City Pride exists to support, celebrate, and create affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ people and the broader community.

Users, attendees, vendors, sponsors, volunteers, performers, and participants are expected to act respectfully and comply with RCP's mission, rules, event requirements, codes of conduct, safety policies, and instructions from authorized RCP representatives.

Rocket City Pride may deny, revoke, remove, or limit participation by any person or organization whose conduct, messaging, products, services, or participation conflicts with RCP's mission, safety standards, nondiscrimination commitments, event rules, or community guidelines.

You agree not to use our website, forms, systems, or communications channels to:

• Violate any law or regulation
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful information
• Harass, threaten, abuse, defame, or discriminate against others
• Interfere with website security or functionality
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful files
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Misuse Rocket City Pride's name, logo, brand, or materials

Submission of an application or form does not guarantee approval, participation, booth space, sponsorship acceptance, performance selection, volunteer assignment, scholarship award, or any other benefit.

Rocket City Pride may approve, deny, revoke, or modify participation at its discretion, consistent with its mission, policies, safety needs, space limitations, legal obligations, and operational requirements.

Your use of our website, forms, events, and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

By submitting information to Rocket City Pride, you understand that we may collect, use, store, and share information as described in our Privacy Policy.

This may include sharing information with board-approved nonprofit partners, community organizations, service organizations, mutual aid groups, advocacy organizations, and other mission-aligned partners when reasonably related to Rocket City Pride's mission, events, programs, safety needs, emergency response, community outreach, scholarships, volunteer coordination, vendor coordination, sponsorship coordination, or other approved mission-related purposes.

If you submit emergency contact information, you confirm that you have permission to provide that information and understand that Rocket City Pride may use or share it when reasonably necessary for safety, emergency response, incident response, event operations, or participant welfare.

Donations, sponsorships, vendor fees, ticket purchases, booth fees, or other payments may be processed by third-party payment processors.

Unless otherwise stated in writing, donations are generally non-refundable.

Vendor fees, sponsorship payments, booth fees, ticket purchases, and other payments may be subject to separate refund, cancellation, or event-specific terms.

Rocket City Pride may decline, refund, or cancel a payment, sponsorship, vendor application, or participation request if acceptance would conflict with RCP's mission, policies, safety standards, legal obligations, or operational needs.

Attendance or participation in Rocket City Pride events is subject to event rules, venue rules, safety procedures, accessibility procedures, and instructions from authorized staff, volunteers, security, venue representatives, or emergency personnel.

Rocket City Pride may remove or deny entry to any person or organization that violates event rules, creates a safety concern, harasses others, disrupts the event, violates applicable law, or acts contrary to RCP's mission or community standards.

Vendors, sponsors, performers, and volunteers may be subject to additional agreements, rules, deadlines, insurance requirements, permits, codes of conduct, setup instructions, payment terms, and operational requirements.

Rocket City Pride may revoke approval or participation if a vendor, sponsor, performer, volunteer, or organization provides false information, fails to meet requirements, violates RCP rules, creates a safety issue, or acts in a way that conflicts with RCP's mission or values.

If you submit logos, photos, videos, text, testimonials, documents, business descriptions, application materials, or other content to Rocket City Pride, you grant RCP permission to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute those materials for purposes related to reviewing applications, operating events, promoting programs, recognizing sponsors or vendors, reporting impact, and furthering RCP's mission.

You represent that you have the right to submit the materials and that they do not infringe the rights of others.

The Rocket City Pride name, logos, designs, website content, graphics, text, photographs, videos, event materials, and other materials are owned by Rocket City Pride or used with permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or misuse RCP materials without written permission, except for ordinary personal, noncommercial, or fair-use purposes.

Our website and communications may link to third-party services, including payment processors, ticketing platforms, social media sites, maps, embedded tools, partner websites, or external resources.

Rocket City Pride is not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, privacy practices, security, fees, or terms.

Rocket City Pride provides its website, forms, events, communications, and services on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue website features, forms, events, or services at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket City Pride, its board members, officers, volunteers, representatives, partners, and service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from your use of our website, participation in events, submission of forms, donations, third-party services, or interactions with RCP.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocket City Pride, its board members, officers, volunteers, representatives, partners, and service providers from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our website or services, your submitted materials, your violation of another person's rights, or your conduct at or in connection with RCP events or programs.

Rocket City Pride may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our website or participation in RCP programs after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
